Inocencio Berto helped the player get up and apologised. Inocencio Berto kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. During the 10th minute of the match Inocencio Berto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Inocencio Berto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 11 played minutes PRO de San Fernando got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Berto. A hard shot by Faustino Unax from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Benito Ramos's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In a very dangerous position, a player in PRO de San Fernando fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Benito Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Gentza in the 25th minute of play. Benito Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Gentza in the 26th minute of the match. Varela FC's Cayetano Ruy got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Cayetano Ruy off the ground. If Celedonio Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Varela FC's Cristo Restu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Viator in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, PRO de San Fernando's Anastasio Sugoi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. PRO de San Fernando's Nunez Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nunez Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingo Conrao made a kick off. Gonzalo Gentza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristo Restu made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Nunez Tonete sent off a good shot on target. Abelardo Medero was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 61 played minutes Varela FC got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Medero. Nunez Tonete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Restu having to interfere. When Mario Fraco came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the PRO de San Fernando fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Fraco couldn't finish the play. After 69 played minutes Varela FC got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Gentza. If Nunez Tonete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Varela FC's Faustino Unax got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute of the match Anastasio Sugoi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristo Restu skillfully saved the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Varela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Viator came free, but Cristo Restu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, PRO de San Fernando's Nunez Tonete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristo Restu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Nunez Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PRO de San Fernando played a much better game than Varela FC and deserved their victory. The Varela FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
