Severiano Eufrasio didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Varela FC's Domingo Conrao shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Domingo Conrao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Eufrasio having to interfere. Severiano Eufrasio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Gentza in the 23rd minute of play. The long shot by Danilo Espiridion in the 34th minute really tested Severiano Eufrasio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 34 played minutes Minacar FC got a freekick which was hit by Andres Moise. Ciro Urtun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristo Restu having to make a save. Varela FC's Faustino Unax couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Minacar FC.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ismael Juvenal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Gonzalo Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Eufrasio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 56 minutes, Ciro Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minacar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Urtun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonzalo Gentza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Minacar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Gentza came free, but Severiano Eufrasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match Varela FC got a corner. Minacar FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Faustino Unax ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Faustino Unax almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Minacar FC's Severiano Eufrasio did a great save. Gonzalo Gentza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Eufrasio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Gentza's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Juvenal in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Restu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 74 minutes, Vinicio Chayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Varela FC and the Minacar FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Varela FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Minacar FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Cristo Restu, was totally fooled by Minacar FC's Jairo Orlo, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ismael Juvenal struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Cristo Restu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minacar FC. Ciro Urtun didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 86th minute. Minacar FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Ismael Juvenal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Restu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Varela FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Tadeo Ledesma hit a great ball. In the 95th minute Ismael Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Restu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Rio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Varela FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Minacar FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Minacar FC.
