Spectators: 7155 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Feliciano Serafo kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Serafo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amador Caradaro was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Sportin Rex's zone, Flavio Barea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Caradaro came out of the goal and Flavio Barea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Rowing club's Feliciano Serafo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 10 played minutes Rowing club got a freekick which was hit by Dexter Morgan. Narciso Gartzea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Salvador Nafarroa. Rowing club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Feliciano Serafo had several of the Sportin Rex's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Amador Caradaro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Braulio Bixintxo hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sportin Rex getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Amancio Janpier hit a great ball. Salvador Nafarroa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Valente, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Damian Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Nafarroa having to interfere. If Feliciano Serafo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Serafo got in the 32nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Amador Caradaro handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Salvador Nafarroa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Valente went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Feliciano Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Amador Caradaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Sportin Rex's Amador Caradaro got control of the ball when Carlos Ciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amador Caradaro came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Rowing club's Ciriaco Orlandus. But to his dismay, Ciriaco Orlandus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1.

After a rather tough play, Rowing club's Ciriaco Orlandus got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 60 minutes into the match, Sportin Rex's Marcelo Urtsua sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salvador Nafarroa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Serafo in the 64th minute of play forced Sportin Rex's goalkeeper Amador Caradaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Carlos Ciano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rowing club's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Ciano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Caradaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Feliciano Serafo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amador Caradaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Serafo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Feliciano Serafo took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amador Caradaro. Amador Caradaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The supporters of Rowing club booed when Sportin Rex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Buinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Feliciano Serafo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rowing club's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Serafo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Caradaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Serafo in the 88th minute of play forced Sportin Rex's goalkeeper Amador Caradaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amancio Janpier's late challenge caught a Rowing club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amancio Janpier helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sportin Rex's Amancio Janpier got a free kick in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Serafo in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Caradaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 96 minutes into the game, Rowing club's Ciriaco Orlandus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Caradaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Rowing club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
