After 10 played minutes, Bañado AFC's Christian Castulo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ringo Mcvicar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bañado AFC reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Lonzo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Venancio Lauren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Samuel Garci left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bañado AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bañado AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Dalmacio Lonzo scored to the left of an out of position Venancio Lauren, making the score, 1-1. If Aaron Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Aaron Abeita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ringo Mcvicar. Baireslett FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Abeita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Federico Senin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Dalmacio Lonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Venancio Lauren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Samuel Garci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bañado AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Garci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bañado AFC's Venancio Lauren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Bañado AFC from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the match, Emilio Mantzio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Venancio Lauren, 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmacio Lonzo to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Emilio Mantzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Venancio Lauren. Bañado AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilio Mantzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Baireslett FC's zone, Samuel Garci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ringo Mcvicar came out of the goal and Samuel Garci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 minutes, Emilio Mantzio made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bañado AFC's Venancio Lauren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Baireslett FC's Emilio Mantzio got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Bañado AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Mantzio came free, but Venancio Lauren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, J.P. Suárez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Aaron Abeita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venancio Lauren came out of the goal and Dalmacio Lonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Garci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Baireslett FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bañado AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
