After 3 played minutes Andagualá FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Acevedo. Isaac Honrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Xabat having to interfere. Angel Xabat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Honrio in the 21st minute. Uriel Lauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Ricart having to interfere. Melquiades Ricart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uriel Lauro's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 30th minute, Francisco Acevedo had to leave the field with a concussion. When German Gorka fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hambre de Gol's protests and gave German Gorka a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes Hambre de Gol got a freekick which was hit by German Gorka. Angel Xabat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Honrio in the 34th minute. Andagualá FC's Angel Xabat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Andagualá FC from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 37 in the game by Isaac Honrio from a close distance when the talented Angel Xabat managed to make a qualified save. Andagualá FC's players were relieved. 39 minutes into the match, Hambre de Gol's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Baladi came free, but Melquiades Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When German Gorka was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played. German Gorka kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Angel Xabat successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 45th of the match, Virgilio Rodas tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Angel Xabat got in the way and made a wonderful save. Andagualá FC were furious when Angel Bras was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Andagualá FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hambre de Gol:s goal. The goalkeeper, Angel Xabat, was totally fooled by Hambre de Gol's Isaac Honrio, who 48 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaias Baladi to strike the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 57 played minutes Hambre de Gol got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Rodas. A collision led to Andagualá FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Timoteo Socorro hit a great ball. The throw-in from Bernabe Stanislao in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Andagualá FC's Mauro Basualdo. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hambre de Gol's goalkeeper Melquiades Ricart, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Fernan Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hambre de Gol's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernan Erauso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Xabat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Andagualá FC defense, Virgilio Rodas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Xabat. The Andagualá FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Xabat should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the game, one of Andagualá FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Hambre de Gol. Isaac Honrio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Angel Xabat. 3-0. Andagualá FC's Isaias Baladi got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaias Baladi's late challenge caught a Hambre de Gol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Baladi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Andagualá FC's Isaias Baladi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Melquiades Ricart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Baladi in the 96th minute of play. In the 97thth minute of the game Virgilio Rodas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Andagualá FC's Angel Xabat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 100 minutes into the game, Filomeno Santo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Andagualá FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hambre de Gol the free kick. In the 100th match minute, Andagualá FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Santo to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hambre de Gol fans cheered their team off the field, for while Andagualá FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
