An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Bertol in the 23rd minute of play forced Vespucio's goalkeeper Marciano Jacob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vespucio's Marciano Jacob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Bertol in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Vespucio getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eliseo Serafo hit a great ball. Carolo Bertol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Jacob having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vespucio's zone, Manuel Jacob stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Jacob came out of the goal and Manuel Jacob tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute Carolo Bertol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Jacob saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Carolo Bertol lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Marciano Jacob. Manuel Jacob kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carolo Bertol to make the kick off. Gaudencio Otoniel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marciano Jacob. Vespucio's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 55th minute, Tiburcio Teofilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Ariando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Marciano Jacob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vespucio's Marciano Jacob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Bertol in the 63rd minute of play. Carolo Bertol's late challenge caught a Vespucio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Bertol helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Güemes got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Bertol. Marciano Jacob showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Ariando in the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Felix Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Güemes's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Ariando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Jacob breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 75 minutes, Carolo Bertol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Güemes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Bertol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carolo Bertol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, Vespucio's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Ariando came free, but Marciano Jacob reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Jacob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Bertol in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Gaudencio Otoniel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Jacob showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urbano Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Petrigai having to interfere. Manuel Jacob hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Güemes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
