Orlando Vistruario came out of the goal and Primitivo Havier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Havier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Orlando Vistruario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Björn Söderström in the 25th minute of play forced municipal's goalkeeper Robustiano Jakes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the municipal defense, Rosendo Ceandro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robustiano Jakes. The municipal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robustiano Jakes should have stopped the shot. Abelardo Palos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Vistruario having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Palos in the 35th minute of play forced Savia's goalkeeper Orlando Vistruario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as municipal's Delmiro Ekhi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Orlando Vistruario. That made the score 3-1 after 37 minutes of play. In the 40th minute, municipal's Moises Cresenciano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Moises Cresenciano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of municipal protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Moises Cresenciano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in municipal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Savia. Robustiano Jakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Björn Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Primitivo Havier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Vistruario having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Lino Elazar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robustiano Jakes. The goal made the score 3-3. Orlando Vistruario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Havier in the 86th minute of play. Ramon Perico charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon Perico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmiro Ekhi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Vistruario having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Ramon Perico put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Orlando Vistruario. municipal's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
