Moreno's Diego Cesaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Moreno from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the game, Moreno's Reynaldo Asteri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marciano Jacob made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Santo Urti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Jacob having to interfere. Santo Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Marciano Jacob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Jacob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Urti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 27 minutes, Reynaldo Asteri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moreno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Asteri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Urbano Manni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Santo Urti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moreno's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo Urti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Jacob breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santo Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Marciano Jacob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorio Basualdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Cesaro having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Marciano Jacob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Vespucio's Feliciano Geofredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Manni in the 63rd minute of play forced Moreno's goalkeeper Diego Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vespucio's Marciano Jacob proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Vespucio from getting a goal against them. After 66 minutes of play, Vespucio's Ildefonso Abarca made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Cesaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diego Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Manni in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute of the match Moreno got a corner. Vespucio's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santo Urti ran over to the corner to take the kick. Diego Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Geofredo in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Urbano Manni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diego Cesaro. Moreno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urbano Manni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Diego Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Abarca in the 80th minute of play. Victorio Basualdo took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Cesaro. Diego Cesaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. If Godofredo Harriet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vespucio's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Reynaldo Asteri scored to the left of an out of position Marciano Jacob, making the score, 4-3.
