Tiburcio Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canteras's goalkeeper Niceto Lico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Christian Mellbad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Silvano Marin came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Club Perkins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Marin couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute Narciso Quintan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Niceto Lico managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Club Perkins's Silvano Marin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Silvano Marin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Niceto Lico when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 34 minutes of play, Canteras's Narciso Quintan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiburcio Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvano Marin succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. With a little luck, Canteras's Niceto Lico got control of the ball when Silvano Marin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rene Duardo during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Canteras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Perkins:s goal. The goalkeeper, Niceto Lico, was totally fooled by Club Perkins's Antonio Vimaro, who 48 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Quintan made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Club Perkins's Leonel Benet got a free kick in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Club Perkins's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Quintan came free, but Tiburcio Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Narciso Quintan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Enzo Aguirre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canteras's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Aguirre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68thth minute of the game Narciso Quintan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Perkins's Tiburcio Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Silvano Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Narciso Quintan sent off a good shot on target. Niceto Lico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Canteras defense, Christian Mellbad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Lico. The Canteras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Lico should have stopped the shot. Elias Blai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Quintan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florentino Hartz charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florentino Hartz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Perkins getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Florentino Hartz hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the game, Narciso Quintan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiburcio Azevedo. Narciso Quintan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Tiburcio Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narciso Quintan's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. Club Perkins's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
