The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Rencio got free with Basilio Leoiar in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carolo Toro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Humberto Otsoa's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. After taking down the ball on Chimenea's corner Ildefonso Ilazki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carolo Toro quite easily take care of the ball. Belloco's Carolo Toro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Otsoa in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Belloco's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Otsoa came free, but Carolo Toro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Belloco got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Weterio. In the 46th minute Humberto Otsoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Toro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Chimenea's Basilio Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Vigil in the 71st minute of play.
