When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Leon Medina took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Zacarias Cordero to make any attempt to save it. Jimeno Vellitos short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Zacarias Cordero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Leon Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Erubiel Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Cordero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Vellito in the 37th minute. Jimeno Vellito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zacarias Cordero having to make a save. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Bernebe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tambillo's Zacarias Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Medina in the 54th minute of play. After 60 minutes Tambillo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leon Medina who took care of the corner kick. In the 62nd minute, Leon Medina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimeno Vellito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Zacarias Cordero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Vellito scored 4-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Cordero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th match minute, Tambillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Ekaitz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 75 minutes, Leon Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nación's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Medina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leon Medina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael Ramond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Rio having to interfere. A collision led to Nación getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Guido Tirso hit a great ball. Eusebio Bernebe's late challenge caught a Nación's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusebio Bernebe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, Tambillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Bernebe to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Leon Medina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zacarias Cordero. Tambillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Medina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 89th minute Jimeno Vellito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Cordero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tambillo's Zacarias Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Medina in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Leon Medina notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Tambillo's Zacarias Cordero. Zacarias Cordero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, Guido Tirso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Tambillo defense, Jimeno Vellito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacarias Cordero. The Tambillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacarias Cordero should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nación fully deserved thier win.
