Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emanuel Herensuge started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Alberto Urtsua left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibarreta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Saturnino Cordero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carmelo Euloxu. That made the score 1-1 in the 9 minute of play. Ibarreta FC's Carmelo Euloxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Oinatz in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Ibarreta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cirilo Oinatz came free, but Carmelo Euloxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Euloxu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenzo Aztore in the 16th minute. A collision led to Ibarreta FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rene Jaunti hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Oinatz in the 20th minute of play forced Ibarreta FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Euloxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ibarreta FC's Carmelo Euloxu got control of the ball when Lorenzo Aztore tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute Cirilo Oinatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Euloxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ibarreta FC's Carmelo Euloxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Ibarreta FC from getting a goal against them. Carolo Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Herensuge in the 38th minute of play. Carolo Hibai came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibarreta FC's Emanuel Herensuge. But to his dismay, Emanuel Herensuge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cirilo Oinatz to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Emanuel Herensuge sped through Pirates Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carolo Hibai. 55 minutes into the match, Cirilo Oinatz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carmelo Euloxu. Ibarreta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Oinatz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. A collision led to Ibarreta FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Mauro Ekialde hit a great ball. Romeo Dalmau hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Emanuel Herensuge who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Carolo Hibai when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carmelo Euloxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Pirates Team's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Cordarius came free, but Carolo Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenzo Aztore took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carmelo Euloxu. Carmelo Euloxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Carmelo Euloxu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Aztore went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. Carmelo Euloxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Aztore in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Guillem in the 91st minute of play forced Ibarreta FC's goalkeeper Carmelo Euloxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pirates Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
