Humberto Bartoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Farias during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes Galarza got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Farias. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albano Marquez in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto Bartoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domingos Lauaxeta charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingos Lauaxeta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Domingos Lauaxeta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Danilo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Albano Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Kekambas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Marquez couldn't finish the play. Humberto Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albano Marquez in the 39th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Dionisio Farias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albano Marquez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Galarza's goalkeeper Humberto Bartoli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Marquez in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Bartoli saved Galarza from getting behind. Albano Marquez hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Eleuterio Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Farias in the 60th minute of play. Cesar Baumer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Albano Marquezs short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Humberto Bartoli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Albano Marquez in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Humberto Bartoli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Humberto Bartoli came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Kekambas's Danilo Monico. But to his dismay, Danilo Monico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cesar Baumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albano Marquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Humberto Bartoli made a huge save. A hard shot 86 in the game by Albano Marquez from a close distance when the talented Humberto Bartoli managed to make a qualified save. Galarza's players were relieved. Humberto Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Baumer in the 92nd minute of the match. If Danilo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Galarza booed when Kekambas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Richie didn't get a good kick on the ball.
