After having played for 17 minutes, Gaston Vitin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COGOLLO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaston Vitin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Vitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gregorio Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 minutes, Gaston Vitin made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gasolero's Gregorio Idacio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaston Vitin in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorio Idacio saved Gasolero from getting behind. If Gaston Vitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaston Vitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregorio Idacio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaston Vitin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gasolero's goalkeeper Gregorio Idacio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Gasolero defense, Gaston Vitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gregorio Idacio. The Gasolero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gregorio Idacio should have stopped the shot. Ceferino Edwardo made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gasolero's Hector Jax.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaston Vitin to make the kick off. 57 minutes in the game Ceferino Edwardo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Freddy Urti. 64 minutes into the game, Renatinho Passos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gasolero's Albino Vachon quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Freddy Urti made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gasolero's Adrian Pacho. Filiberto Etxekopar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Niculae Durbacă. COGOLLO FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gaston Vitin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Esteve Urtsin came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Gasolero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Urtsin couldn't finish the play. After 79 played minutes Gasolero got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Urtsin. Gregorio Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Vitin in the 82nd minute of the match. The Gasolero supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching COGOLLO FC's performance. The match ended with a win for COGOLLO FC.
