Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 3rd match minute, Solares was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Gervaso to maneuver through the defense. In the game's 4th minute Rio Cuarto FC's Ceferino Azeari took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Marco Lano and thus the score was 0-1. Dante Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Quilino in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Cosme Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Loco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Donato Mel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvio Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marco Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Roderigo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Elvio Colon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Lano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Dante Loco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cosme Quilino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. Dante Loco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Lidon in the 39th minute of the match. Elvio Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Marco Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Cosme Quilino took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Dante Loco to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Ildefonso Lidon came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Solares fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ildefonso Lidon couldn't finish the play. Dante Loco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Quilino in the 56th minute of the match. Dante Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosme Quilino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 62nd match minute, Rio Cuarto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Roderigo to maneuver through the defense. After 71 minutes of play, Solares's Ildefonso Lidon made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Loco was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Quilino in the 77th minute of play forced Rio Cuarto FC's goalkeeper Dante Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Solares's goalkeeper Marco Lano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norberto Pirro. After 79 minutes, Cosme Quilino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Solares and the Rio Cuarto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cosme Quilino kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Cosme Quilino hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Elvio Colon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Lano having to make a save. Norberto Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Ildefonso Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Loco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Solares were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rio Cuarto FC for a fine match.
