Diego Ulizes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Kepa in the 22nd minute of the match. If Mauro Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Diego Ulizes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 23rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Mauro Gabon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Diego Ulizes made a huge save. Mauro Gabon struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Diego Ulizes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cienaguita AFC. Albino Turi's late challenge caught a Cienaguita AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Mero went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Erubiel Mero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Carmen's Diego Ulizes did a great save. In the 66th minute, Mauro Gabon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Ulizes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 77th minute Mauro Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Gora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Ulizes having to interfere. If Jacinto Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Juan Celino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cienaguita AFC had played much better football throughout.
