Freddy Erruki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Escobar in the 47th minute of the match. The Churriaca AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Akademia FC were winning 1-2.

After 53 minutes of play, Akademia FC's Silverio Giraldo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Ayala was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 57 played minutes Churriaca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Hurko. Dante Ayala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Ariando went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score.
