Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ovidio Jokin got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Ovidio Jokin made a precise shot to the right of Narciso Ilazki. Villa Mitre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Gualterio Ostadar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Narciso Ilazki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ovidio Jokin took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Narciso Ilazki. Narciso Ilazki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teofilo Ederono during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Narciso Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Ostadar in the 17th minute of the match. Narciso Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Grabiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Villa Mitre's Narciso Ilazki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Vieira in the 19th minute of play. Narciso Ilazki came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by River Santa Fe's Gualterio Ostadar. But to his dismay, Gualterio Ostadar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. A collision led to River Santa Fe getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Natalio Grabiel hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Natalio Grabiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Ilazki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Narciso Ilazki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Grabiel in the 31st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Ostadar came free, but Narciso Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Dalmacio Blai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seppe Schol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes, Natalio Grabiel made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Mitre's Narciso Ilazki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Villa Mitre's Narciso Ilazki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Grabiel in the 60th minute of play. River Santa Fe were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Villa Mitre's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gualterio Ostadar took the corner. Cristo Quinteros was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Gualterio Ostadar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Delmar Blasi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Narciso Ilazki made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's Jose Llanos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Seppe Schol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Narciso Ilazki made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Giovanni Vieira sent off a good shot on target. When Natalio Grabiel came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the River Santa Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Grabiel couldn't finish the play. If Hernan Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Villa Mitre getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Miguel Ongile hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Modesto Piorno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Ovidio Jokin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Narciso Ilazki. That made the score 0-7 in the 81 minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Grabiel came free, but Narciso Ilazki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Villa Mitre's Narciso Ilazki got control of the ball when Ovidio Jokin tried to sneak it across the goal line. River Santa Fe's Delmar Blasi got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villa Mitre's Narciso Ilazki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Ostadar in the 92nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Villa Mitre defense, Ovidio Jokin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Ilazki. The Villa Mitre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Ilazki should have stopped the shot.
