After 17 played minutes Oyolas got a freekick which was hit by Albino Rocio. After 21 minutes, Gaston Matxin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oyolas and the Ahrenfeld AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Oyolas! In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Ahrenfeld AFC. Baltasar Osoro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jose Christobal. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Dunixi got free with Nemesio Baudelio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Arsenio Rufio sped through Oyolas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jose Christobal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Dunixi in the 63rd minute of play forced Ahrenfeld AFC's goalkeeper Nemesio Baudelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
