Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1634, VIP seats: 20) Paco Ubago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Kepa having to interfere. Remigio Iaki kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Paco Ubago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Kepa having to make a save. Jesus Kepa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Semeno in the 17th minute of the match. Gaston Efren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paco Ubago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jesus Kepa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Gaston Efren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA and the Brete players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Gaston Efren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Arne Wank managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brete's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Wank was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Brete's Arne Wank in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the match, C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Wank came free, but Jesus Kepa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA's Jesus Kepa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Wank in the 41st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Mancio got free with Lorenzo Seme in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paco Ubago made a kick off. If Marciano Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Seme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Mancio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Wank's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus Kepa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Edgardo Mancio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Seme was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Arne Wank managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brete's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Wank was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Remigio Iaki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Lorenzo Seme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Mancio in the 72nd minute of play. Froilan Semeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Arne Wank who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA's Jesus Kepa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA's zone, Arne Wank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Kepa came out of the goal and Arne Wank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgardo Mancio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arne Wank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Candido Oto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brete's supporters rose to their feet, but Candido Oto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Kepa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Many of Brete's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Brete may have spent more time on the ball, but C.A.ALUMNI.VILLA MARIA were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
