In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind la personal's goalkeeper Gavino Abilio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. la personal's Gavino Abilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Berbiz in the 18th minute of play. After 18 played minutes la personal got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Koldo. Angel Berbiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Abilio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Cavour FC's Benicio Rosio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Cavour FC from getting a goal against them. la personal's Teodosio Palban got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodosio Palban made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, la personal's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Frasquito came free, but Gavino Abilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
