An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Ricart in the 10th minute of play forced Basail AFC's goalkeeper Angel Nikola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th match minute, Basail AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Montel to maneuver through the defense. Omar Laurin hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Tafí's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesus Ricart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Nikola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Victorino Jusepe managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Basail AFC's Omar Laurin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jesus Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Victorino Jusepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
