The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave FRANCO FC a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Celso Silvino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tapas AFC's Joaquin Jakue. 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, Tapas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Oto came free, but Joaquin Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Etxahun helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tapas AFC booed when FRANCO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godfredo Giro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Celso Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Celso Silvino managed to get in a good position for a shot. FRANCO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Silvino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
