Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Nesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Artizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ariel Lordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. gandalf's Nunez Venceslao got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romulo Christobal hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Artizar in the 23rd minute of play forced gandalf's goalkeeper Ariel Lordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Honorato Salvidor fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored gandalf's protests and gave Honorato Salvidor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Honorato Salvidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Salvidor kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Felix Artizar sped through gandalf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ariel Lordi. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Felix Artizar made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Quinton during the 56th minute. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when gandalf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Salvidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariel Lordi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Nesto in the 75th minute. If Felix Artizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Salvidor hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Felix Artizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Oton charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiburcio Oton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiburcio Oton hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Felix Artizar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but gandalf's Ariel Lordi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pretorianos FC played a much better game than gandalf and deserved their victory. The gandalf players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
