An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Fidensio in the 35th minute of play forced Atlético San Martin's goalkeeper Fernando Lizbeth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Lizbeth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Fidensio went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Mel in the 42nd minute of play forced Venom 74's goalkeeper Amancio Gabirel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Ruperto Mel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Amancio Gabirel, passed just outside the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Fidensio to make the kick off. Ruperto Mel took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Gabirel. Amancio Gabirel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Fernando Lizbeth was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Severino Fidensio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Severino Fidensio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. In the 67th minute, Cristobal Ferman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Lizbeth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Fidensio, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 73 minutes of play, Venom 74's Alonzo Rivas made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Lizbeth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Lizbeth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Lizbeth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Fidensio in the 94th minute of play. Venom 74 played a much better game than Atlético San Martin and deserved their victory. The Atlético San Martin players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
