Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adan Birila got the match started through his kick off. Anselmo Abadie kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Justo Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Boni having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Montecarlo AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Fulgencio Isauro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Esteve Boni made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match, Atlético MarDelPlata's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Nicholas came free, but Esteve Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roque Veto in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteve Boni saved Atlético MarDelPlata from getting behind. Fulgencio Isauros short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Esteve Boni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Justo Nicholas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Atlético MarDelPlata's Esteve Boni got control of the ball when Fulgencio Isauro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match, Justo Nicholas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Esteve Boni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Montecarlo AFC's Justo Nicholas got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Montecarlo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético MarDelPlata were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Justo Nicholas made the kick off in the second half. Esteve Boni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Isauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Justo Nicholas made a precise shot to the right of Esteve Boni. Atlético MarDelPlata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 56th minute, Gabriel Patrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Justo Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Montecarlo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roque Veto. Justo Nicholas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Justo Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Adan Birila fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fulgencio Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Boni having to interfere. Esteve Boni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Isauro in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Justo Nicholas made a precise shot to the right of Esteve Boni. Atlético MarDelPlata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Atlético MarDelPlata players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Montecarlo AFC.
