Natalio Fernado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario James, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Edgardo Mederi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dario James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natalio Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Mederi in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Reginenses's goal looked a bit too open when Dario James came free, but Natalio Fernado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teobaldo Lertxun during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teobaldo Lertxun hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Dario James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Reginenses's zone, Edgardo Mederi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natalio Fernado came out of the goal and Edgardo Mederi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Dario James took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Natalio Fernado to make any attempt to save it. Edgardo Mederi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natalio Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario James in the 36th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Pascual Orlondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reginenses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Batea FC the free kick. After 37 played minutes Reginenses got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Orlondo. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Reginenses:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Batea FC:s goal. In the 43rd minute, the referee gave Batea FC a penalty. Vicente Regis looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Natalio Fernado. Natalio Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario James in the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgardo Mederi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Natalio Fernado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Mederi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Edgardo Mederi made a precise shot to the right of Natalio Fernado. Reginenses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario James in the 65th minute of play forced Reginenses's goalkeeper Natalio Fernado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Batea FC's Kaká Ferreira got a free kick in the 67th minute. Lucas Perrando's late challenge caught a Batea FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Perrando helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Reginenses getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Lucas Perrando hit a great ball. Dario James recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dario James struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Natalio Fernado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batea FC. After 85 minutes of play, Batea FC's Dario James made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Natalio Fernado was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dario James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Mederi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Fernado having to interfere. Dario James received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Natalio Fernado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Omero hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Batea FC were the better team. Batea FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
