Cornelio Mercurio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marco Belo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Nunca Taxi's goalkeeper Cornelio Mercurio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Perico. Cornelio Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Mercurio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ezequiel Perico in the 15th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Cesar Ler put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Nunca Taxi's Cesar Ler got a free kick in the 20th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Gonsalve during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfonso Gonsalve hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ezequiel Perico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nunca Taxi getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Roman Gonsalvo hit a great ball. Cornelio Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ekain in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Remigio Argi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cornelio Mercurio came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by boca juniors's Ezequiel Perico. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Perico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Nunca Taxi's Alfonso Gonsalve got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th match minute, boca juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Marquez to maneuver through the defense. Roman Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Macias having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nunca Taxi's Horacio Urdin got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Ezequiel Perico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantino Macias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Herauso, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. With a little luck, Nunca Taxi's Cornelio Mercurio got control of the ball when Julio Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Roman Gonsalvo made the kick off in the second half. When Cleto Herauso came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Nunca Taxi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Herauso couldn't finish the play. Constantino Macias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Gonsalvo in the 53rd minute. After 54 minutes, Cleto Herauso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nunca Taxi and the boca juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cleto Herauso hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, boca juniors's Feliberto Aguilera got a free kick in the 56th minute. Cornelio Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Herauso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Aguilera's late challenge caught a Nunca Taxi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Aguilera helped the player get up and apologised. Feliberto Aguilera lost his temper 73 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for boca juniors! When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Nunca Taxi's Alfonso Gonsalve got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Constantino Macias. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Herauso in the 77th minute of play forced boca juniors's goalkeeper Constantino Macias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Gonsalvo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Constantino Macias firmly grabbed it by the left post. 85 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Perico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. boca juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nunca Taxi the free kick. Julio Marquez took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Mercurio. Cornelio Mercurio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 92nd match minute, Nunca Taxi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Abadia to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The boca juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nunca Taxi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
