That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 9 minutes into the match, Golpes AFC's goalkeeper Ruperto Mirande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chanchai Meesomsueb. Chanchai Meesomsueb's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Ruperto Mirande skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ruperto Mirande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Jorrin in the 20th minute of play. Ruperto Mirande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chanchai Meesomsueb in the 22nd minute of the match. Golpes AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Samuel Sotero scored to the left of an out of position Ruperto Mirande, making the score, 3-0. Ruperto Mirande made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Chanchai Meesomsueb sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in los troncos fulbo club's zone, Ernesto Barea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ildefonso Mattin came out of the goal and Ernesto Barea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chanchai Meesomsueb who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Ruperto Mirande when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ruperto Mirande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chanchai Meesomsueb in the 36th minute of play. Ruperto Mirande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chanchai Meesomsueb's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 44 minutes into the game, los troncos fulbo club's Constantino Jorrin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruperto Mirande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Chanchai Meesomsueb managed to get in a good position for a shot. los troncos fulbo club's supporters rose to their feet, but Chanchai Meesomsueb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruperto Mirande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesto Barea made a kick off. Chanchai Meesomsueb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Mirande having to interfere. Samuel Sotero took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruperto Mirande. Ruperto Mirande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Ruperto Mirande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Bibiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Golpes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Chanchai Meesomsueb came free, but Ruperto Mirande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Chanchai Meesomsueb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golpes AFC's Ruperto Mirande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Golpes AFC's Ruperto Mirande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Ponc in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Golpes AFC's zone, Chanchai Meesomsueb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruperto Mirande came out of the goal and Chanchai Meesomsueb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Chanchai Meesomsueb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Chanchai Meesomsueb came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the los troncos fulbo club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chanchai Meesomsueb couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Chanchai Meesomsueb's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruperto Mirande was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chanchai Meesomsueb in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Mirande saved Golpes AFC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Golpes AFC's Santiago Bautista got a free kick in the 91st minute. Chanchai Meesomsueb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ruperto Mirande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. los troncos fulbo club were furious when Rodrigo Bermudo was red carded, 97 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Rodrigo Bermudo kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Filiberto Haimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golpes AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Haimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ildefonso Mattin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
