When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Marc Knutsson put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maximo Merexildo. In the 8th minute, Marc Knutsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximo Merexildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs's Anibal Mirande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Sugar in the 11th minute of play. Anibal Mirande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes of play, Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs's Marc Knutsson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute Erubiel Udalaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Mirande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Iratzeder struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Maximo Merexildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs. If Marc Knutsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Berto, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Anibal Mirande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Sugar in the 41st minute of play. Emiliano Gar hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erubiel Udalaitz to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Gabirel came free, but Anibal Mirande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesar Lizar hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Anibal Mirande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Gabirel in the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Samuel Isauro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maximo Merexildo, 0-4. 64 minutes into the game, Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs's Remigio Berto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximo Merexildo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 69th minute Marc Knutsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marc Knutsson in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximo Merexildo saved Patricio Rey from getting behind. After 77 played minutes Patricio Rey got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Sugar. Maximo Merexildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marc Knutsson went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Sugar came free, but Anibal Mirande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs defense, Erubiel Udalaitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Mirande. The Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Mirande should have stopped the shot. Maximo Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc Knutsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximo Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Iratzeder in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bocho Team Argentinos Jrs eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
