Spectators: 6638 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1638, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mauro Larra started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pirata & Cordobés's Romulo Diaz got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Benedicto Abancens's late challenge caught a Virginia AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedicto Abancens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Benedicto Abancens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Panpili kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Mauro Larra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cecilio Maore having to make a save. Mauro Larra took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cecilio Maore. Cecilio Maore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Mauro Larra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cecilio Maore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Liberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Martin Cresenciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Pirata & Cordobés's Angelo Giro got a free kick in the 30th minute. Mauro Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Maore having to interfere. Filomeno Liberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Maore having to interfere. Virginia AFC's Lorenzo Frichoso got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Virginia AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorio Astudillo was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Virginia AFC's Filomeno Liberto got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Pirata & Cordobés's Benedicto Abancens in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Virginia AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 54th minute, Martin Cresenciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Cresenciano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cecilio Maore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Martin Cresenciano got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mauro Larra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pirata & Cordobés's Cecilio Maore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Vianna in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pirata & Cordobés's Rolando Tabb got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Larra in the 70th minute of play forced Pirata & Cordobés's goalkeeper Cecilio Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pirata & Cordobés's goalkeeper Cecilio Maore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Virginia AFC's Mauro Larra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cecilio Maore. That made the score 0-2 after 73 minutes of play. Filomeno Liberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Cecilio Maore successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Virginia AFC's Martin Cresenciano got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Virginia AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pirata & Cordobés.
