Amado Laurentzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Ciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Rafel having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Capayán AFC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Eusebio Bernard hit a great ball. Nemesio Lia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Isaac Rafel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chachock's Amado Laurentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Ciano in the 38th minute of play. Nicasio Ciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Laurentzi having to interfere. Honorato Arnalt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorato Arnalt made a kick off. If Hilario Eudoxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the game, Benjamin Remicio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capayán AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chachock the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Capayán AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chachock:s goal. Décio Vianna hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The supporters of Capayán AFC booed when Chachock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Lia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes, Capayán AFC's Casimiro Valery shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amado Laurentzi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Capayán AFC reached it. After 78 minutes, Apolo Cayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capayán AFC and the Chachock players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78 played minutes Capayán AFC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Cayo. Honorato Arnalt's late challenge caught a Chachock's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Arnalt helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Capayán AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Honorato Arnalt hit a great ball.
