The La Novena Borracha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Pastor Nesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidro Gonza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Sidoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 17 minutes, Pastor Nesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Novena Borracha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Nesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pastor Nesto scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isidro Gonza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Pastor Nesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Pedro Sidoro notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Scouts's Isidro Gonza. Isidro Gonza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pastor Nesto in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidro Gonza saved Scouts from getting behind. After having played for 38 minutes, Bonifacio Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Novena Borracha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Gonza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Nesto in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Scouts was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Gomez to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Nesto in the 44th minute of play forced Scouts's goalkeeper Isidro Gonza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half La Novena Borracha were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jorge Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Guillermo Jurdan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Isidro Gonza managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when La Novena Borracha's Pastor Nesto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tiburcio Rojelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Gonza having to interfere. In the 60th minute of the match, Pastor Nesto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isidro Gonza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 66 minutes into the match, La Novena Borracha's Pedro Sidoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isidro Gonza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 69 minutes, Pastor Nesto made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Scouts's Isidro Gonza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Tiburcio Rojelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of La Novena Borracha booed when Scouts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Oro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pastor Nesto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Pedro Sidoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Gonza having to interfere.
