Angelo Erroman might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gualterio Nayely. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Erroman ran back to his position shaking his head. Virgilio Montrel kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Casimiro Esiquio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualterio Nayely skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Etor in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ereinotz Barrios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Etor in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ereinotz Barrios saved Veléz Sarsfield from getting behind. Albino Urtats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ereinotz Barrios having to interfere. Gualterio Nayely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Manuel Martínez in the 75th minute of play.
