When the match had been going on for 25 minutes Claudio Botello shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Nemesio Cugat when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Ernesto Illart made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Cugat. Real Ave Canaria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Illart in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nemesio Cugat saved Real Ave Canaria from getting behind. Aquiles Abar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Estevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marco Eguzki to make the kick off. Ambrosio Donzel hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match.
