The supporters of Gasolero F.C. booed when Tobantirenda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ralondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Cordera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Jerrald in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Serafino Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tobantirenda's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafino Domiku was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Charro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Elija in the 16th minute of play forced Gasolero F.C.'s goalkeeper Mario Charro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Saturnino Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tobantirenda's Felipe Ralondo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Niceto Cordera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tobantirenda booed when Gasolero F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Orti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Min recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Pedro Min who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gasolero F.C.'s Mario Charro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Tobantirenda's goalkeeper Niceto Cordera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Primitivo Jerrald. Saturnino Orti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niceto Cordera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Jerrald got free with Niceto Cordera in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niceto Cordera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Lugo in the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Primitivo Jerrald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Pedro Min made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Hernandez in the 59th minute of play forced Tobantirenda's goalkeeper Niceto Cordera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Ralondo lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Niceto Cordera went to the wrong direction when Roberto Rodas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Alejandro Hernandez charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Laureano Lugo scored 3-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niceto Cordera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Primitivo Jerrald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Cordera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Jerrald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niceto Cordera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Jerrald in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Tobantirenda got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Elija. In the 96th minute of the match Apolo Di Bartolo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niceto Cordera skillfully saved the ball. Tobantirenda's Niceto Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Orti in the 98th minute of play. There was no doubt that Gasolero F.C. were the better team. Gasolero F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
