Jonathan Calleri might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Gipuzkoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonathan Calleri ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th match minute, Neuin pegüin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Orlan to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute of the match Lucas Jaen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bonifacio Kismi skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Neuin pegüin FC booed when Carolina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Lazcano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Florinio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Gipuzkoa having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Adan Fonda made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Gipuzkoa. Carolina 's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After the first half Neuin pegüin FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Tuste was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th match minute, Carolina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Ritchie to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Sanchez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cornelio Gipuzkoa came out and tried to block the shot, but Ismael Sanchez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 64th minute. After 68 minutes of play, Neuin pegüin FC's Adan Fonda made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornelio Gipuzkoa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cornelio Gipuzkoa was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Adan Fonda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adan Fonda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Julio Baraquiel kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ricardo Llope was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Carolina . Lucas Jaen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bonifacio Kismi. 1-7. In the 88th minute Christian Florinio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Gipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carolina 's Cornelio Gipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Florinio in the 90th minute of play.
