In the 4th minute, Melquiades Jeraldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Maties was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico San Manuel's Bernabe Leoiar got a free kick in the 11th minute. Maximino Maties showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Jeraldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Feliciano Oso kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Chapuy's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Jeraldo came free, but Maximino Maties reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Bernabe Leoiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Club Atletico San Manuel's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Laurgain came free, but Anibal Ferdinand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chapuy getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Delmiro Ladio hit a great ball. Gaudencio Ferrer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximino Maties. Chapuy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cristobal Llanos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Maximino Maties tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Tipi's late challenge caught a Club Atletico San Manuel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Tipi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Club Atletico San Manuel booed when Chapuy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Tipi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristobal Llanos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anibal Ferdinand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Clemencin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Club Atletico San Manuel's goalkeeper Anibal Ferdinand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Laurgain. Fabricio Deunoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Anibal Ferdinand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aristides Clemencin was the one to do the kick off. Chapuy's Aristides Clemencin got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aristides Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Oso hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Aristides Clemencin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Ferdinand having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Albano Laurgain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Ferdinand. Club Atletico San Manuel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Laurgain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Albano Laurgain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Ferdinand was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Anibal Ferdinand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabricio Deunoro's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Anibal Ferdinand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Clemencin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Laurgain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Ferdinand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Clemencin in the 94th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Clemencin in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Ferdinand saved Club Atletico San Manuel from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Chapuy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
