The audience was convinced that Teodosio Pedroso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dagfinn Engdal was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Tusk in the 33rd minute of play forced Chamaicó's goalkeeper Jeremias Tulio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stasio Tusk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Tulio having to interfere. Teodosio Pedroso's late challenge caught a Palito de la Selva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Palito de la Selva booed when Chamaicó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Eliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Palito de la Selva left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chamaicó.
