Jonatan Huly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 6 minutes, Everardo Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL TIFON and the Arcangelez players grew even worse after the yellow card. Everardo Furtado hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The Arcangelez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 46th minute, Hipolito Jon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Huly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Carlomagno in the 47th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Carlomagno to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, EL TIFON's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Primo came free, but Jonatan Huly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonatan Huly made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Nemesio Porfiro sent off a good shot on target. Edgardo Carlomagno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th match minute, Arcangelez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Chaime to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Teodoro Vistruario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Edgardo Carlomagno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, Arcangelez's Edgardo Carlomagno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Huly made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in EL TIFON's zone, Edgardo Carlomagno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Huly came out of the goal and Edgardo Carlomagno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Alonzo Bautista came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Arcangelez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Bautista couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Nemesio Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arcangelez's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
