After a defensive mix-up in TARKUS FC's zone, Virgilio Loren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Estebe came out of the goal and Virgilio Loren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Angel Maiorga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ramon Estebe. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. If Ronaldão Ronaldinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Munio to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Mitxel couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Club Rosario Norte players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
