Januz Gala dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Januz Gala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Quinten in the 10th minute of the match. Elvio Gomesano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Barto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Gomesano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Barto in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Club Atletico Banfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Patrido to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, German Oliviero notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tírala Larga Que Corro's Elvio Gomesano. Elvio Gomesano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nereo Mancio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Goi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nereo Mancio made a kick off. The supporters of Tírala Larga Que Corro booed when Club Atletico Banfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Mariano Goi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tírala Larga Que Corro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Januz Gala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute, Mariano Goi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Tírala Larga Que Corro left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Atletico Banfield.
