Spectators: 6986 (Terracing: 5324, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 30) Nereo Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Barea in the 8th minute of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 14th minute when Armando Tadzio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Jeremias Sustrai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Mendebal was a little too slow when Jeremias Sustrai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremias Sustrai during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Remigio Eguzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Mendebal having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Jonas Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chorotis FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Coquis F.C the free kick. Eloy Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Nereo Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Gelmiro having to interfere. In the 39th minute Armando Tadzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jeremias Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Los Coquis F.C's zone, Armando Tadzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Gelmiro came out of the goal and Armando Tadzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Armando Tadzio made the kick off in the second half. Nereo Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Tadzio in the 51st minute of the match. Armando Tadzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Los Coquis F.C getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Filomeno Baleren hit a great ball. Nereo Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Tadzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chorotis FC's Federico Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Eguzki in the 62nd minute of play. If Jeremias Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Sustrai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Eguzki in the 71st minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Chorotis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Enekoitz to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Los Coquis F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Musko came free, but Nereo Gelmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chorotis FC defense, Remigio Eguzki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Mendebal. The Chorotis FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Mendebal should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Coquis F.C's goalkeeper Nereo Gelmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Coquis F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chorotis FC for a fine match.
