Inocencio Xacintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inocencio Xacintu to make the kick off. Pandemonium's Samuel Crispo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gogo Berenguer came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Pandemonium's Samuel Crispo. But to his dismay, Samuel Crispo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gogo Berenguer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Crispo in the 84th minute of play forced Ceibal's goalkeeper Gogo Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
