Astor Porfiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceibal FC. Wilfredo Pancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Porfiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. When Gualterio Seme fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Molinos FC's protests and gave Gualterio Seme a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute of the match, Astor Paskal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Astor Porfiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Wilfredo Pancho came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Ceibal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Pancho couldn't finish the play. In the 24th match minute, Ceibal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Toli to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the game, one of Molinos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Astor Porfiro went to the wrong direction when Isidro Urtungo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After having played for 40 minutes, Astor Paskal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceibal FC's Wilfredo Pancho got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The nice shot from Astor Paskal in the 45thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Astor Porfiro had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Pancho to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Matias Abaunza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Astor Paskal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceibal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Paskal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Porfiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the game, Molinos FC's Matias Abaunza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogelio Leocadio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Wilfredo Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ceibal FC's Wilfredo Pancho in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Roberto Ur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Abaunza scored 1-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogelio Leocadio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Pancho in the 86th minute of play forced Molinos FC's goalkeeper Astor Porfiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Astor Porfiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Leocadio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Abaunza in the 96th minute of play.
