In the 12th minute, Timoteo Cordeal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Miliano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th match minute, Bella Vista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Seme to maneuver through the defense. Timoteo Cordeal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dante Esiquio came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Manantiales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Esiquio couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Bella Vista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Quinton came free, but Armando Miliano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Miliano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Quinton went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Timoteo Cordeal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Miliano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Bella Vista FC's Atilano Ciceron seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Atilano Ciceron the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bella Vista FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Atilano Ciceron had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Bella Vista FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Manantiales:s goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dalmacio Pere stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Pere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Venceslao having to interfere. When the match was over Manantiales could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bella Vista FC throughout the match.
