Spectators: 6623 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1623, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexandre Coelho started the match with the kick off. Elias Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Ramone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Durañona's zone, Faustino Berenguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Tonete came out of the goal and Faustino Berenguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, Durañona's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Berenguer came free, but Elias Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Durañona's Mariusz Pstrongowski got a free kick in the 19th minute. Durañona's Elias Tonete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Berenguer in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Faustino Berenguer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Elias Tonete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Durañona's Jaime Niguel got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Faustino Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot. MILLONARIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Berenguer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Tonete breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mauricio Frantzes kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Faustino Berenguer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Elias Tonete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to MILLONARIO getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Anibal Iago hit a great ball. Elias Tonete didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timoteo Ramone went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Durañona's Elias Tonete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Coelho in the 41st minute of play. Faustino Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Tonete having to interfere. If Faustino Berenguer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariusz Pstrongowski made a kick off. Timoteo Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Elias Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Tonete made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Timoteo Ramone sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, MILLONARIO's Timoteo Ramone dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Jaime Niguel hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of Durañona booed when MILLONARIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Ramirez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timoteo Ramone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timoteo Ramone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Tonete having to interfere. José Luis Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Pstrongowski in the 73rd minute of the match. Elias Tonete made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandre Coelho in the 75th minute. MILLONARIO's Alexandre Coelho got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Durañona's Honorio Cefero managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patrik Ahlstedt in the 79 minute of the game. Faustino Berenguer struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Elias Tonete didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MILLONARIO. After having played for 84 minutes, Alexandre Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MILLONARIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Timoteo Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, MILLONARIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Iago to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Silviano struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. José Luis Chilavert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Durañona. Faustino Berenguer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elias Tonete read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Durañona's Elias Tonete proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Durañona from getting a goal against them.
