In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind OnePiece's goalkeeper Marcelino Tartalo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcelino Tartalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Montes went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Marcelino Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Montes in the 45th minute of the match. Rodrigo Montes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Tartalo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Illan made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Dalmu during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to OnePiece getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Edgard Dalmu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Leonides Pero managed to get in a good position for a shot. OnePiece's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Pero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Bladi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
