Spectators: 7102 (Terracing: 5328, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 141) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jeronimo Vimaro got the match started through his kick off. But to his dismay, Florentino Iratzeder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Enrique Indartsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Florentino Iratzeder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Enrique Indartsu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Higinio Bladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Vimaro in the 58th minute of the match. Atlético de Madrid's Higinio Bladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Aznar in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético de Madrid getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Jacinto Ritchie hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes, Parish's Melchor Rubio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Higinio Bladi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Parish reached it. Parish's Enrique Indartsu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Parish from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the game, Cristo Egoitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parish's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético de Madrid the free kick. After 90 played minutes Parish got a freekick which was hit by Cristo Egoitz. The Parish supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlético de Madrid's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlético de Madrid.
