In the 16th minute of the match, Filiberto Rolado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Delmar Cresencio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when 龚正默 got free with Delmar Cresencio in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonides Curcio might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 郑烽邦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonides Curcio ran back to his position shaking his head. After 24 minutes, Albano Iaki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gándara and the Pringles AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Albano Iaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes Gándara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hernan Lizar who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Hernan Lizar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gándara's Delmar Cresencio did a great save. In the 31st minute, Gándara's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Domingos Xacintu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Modesto Gora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pringles AFC booed when Gándara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Aresti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Pringles AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Eguntsenti to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Gándara booed when Pringles AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Gándara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pringles AFC throughout the match.
